How we find clubs before they open
A repeatable weekly process built on public sources, with each project verified and tagged by stage.
What we monitor
Building permits
Municipal and county permit filings that indicate a racquet facility is moving toward construction.
Zoning & planning agendas
Planning commission, zoning board and city council agendas, minutes and site plan applications.
Local news
Local and regional reporting on new clubs, redevelopments and leases.
Developer announcements
Operator, franchise and developer press releases, websites and social posts.
Every project is checked
Each entry links back to at least one public source (shared with Pro members), is tagged by sport, location and stage, and carries a last-verified date. When a project moves stage, is delayed or is cancelled, we update the record.
Weekly, every week
New projects and stage changes are compiled weekly. Free subscribers get a redacted teaser of new finds; Pro members get the full list, contacts where public, stage alerts and CSV export.
